Virginie has spent +15 years working in different multinationals and start-ups as an HR Project Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist travelling across Europe, in the Chemical, Energy and Medical Devices industries.
The fast-paced American Companies she worked for while raising 3 children has made her aware of the importance to follow a good Lifestyle, in particular following an important health issue today resolved.
While she got on her Lifestyle journey to access a sustainable well-being, it came clear and obvious that she wanted to invest herself in helping companies and individuals to be at their best while caring for their employee’s health.
Consequently, the company productivity would raise and this would bring a vicious circle which is the end result Real Holistic Nutrition aims to provide.
Passionate about people and lifestyle, certified Nutritionist from the TCMA (Ecole des Thérapies Complementaires et Medecines Alternatives ” School of Complementary Medicine” Geneva Switzerland) and member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, Virginie has also been a speaker at St. Gallen University (HSG) in the frame of a conference on “ The future of food”, as well as in the Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology (EPFL) for students health awareness sessions.
She also holds 2 certificates from the Abbott Nutrition Health Institute on “Protein Metabolism and Aging”, “ Probiotic use in the NICU”, and a certificate on “ Improving your business through a culture of health” from Harvard University – and a Yoga Warrior teacher training certification level 1.
In March 2019, she launched Real Holistic Nutrition for individuals and has evolved to deliver well-being and stress management programs in global and International Companies.
